Krakow Summer Party 2023

We are excited to have you join us for a day filled with summer fun. Welcome to the Kerala Association of Poland - Krakow Chapter Summer Party! 

Admission and Tickets:

1. 12 years and above are considered under adults category of ticket. The ticket price in this category is PLN 69.00.
2. Children aged 5 to 11 years are welcome at a discounted ticket price of PLN 44.00.
3. Children aged 0 to 4 years are admitted free of charge, but registration is required for planning purposes.
4. If you have discount coupons from KAP Krakow Expense Fund Donation, only 1 coupon per purchase is allowed and total ticket price must be equal or above than coupon code value. 

Food and Beverage:

1. The ticket price includes a delicious lunch and access to a tasty grill.
2. Lunch will be served at 1:30 pm and will consist of a Rice Item served with a choice of Chicken Curry or Veg Curry.
3. In the evening, a variety of grill items such as Chicken, Sausages, Veggies, and Kubs Bread will be available.
4. Water and other beverages will be provided at the venue.
5. Each ticket includes one drink (beer/juice) for each attendee.

Activities:

1. The event will feature exciting games, chit-chats, and music from our amazing DJ.
2. Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respect the rights of others to enjoy the activities.
3. For the safety of children, please be mindful of their presence around the water area. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Safety and Security:

1. All attendees must follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event staff.
2. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
3. The Kerala Association of Poland - Krakow Chapter and the event venue will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Attendees are advised to keep their belongings with them at all times.
4. To ensure security, all attendees are required to wear the provided event wristband throughout the event. This helps us identify registered guests and distinguishes them from the general public.

Venue Rules:

1. Attendees must respect the venue and refrain from causing any damage. Any attendee found causing damage to the venue property will be held responsible for the repair costs.
2. The use of recreational drugs and any illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any attendee found in possession will be asked to leave and reported to the local authorities.
3. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.

Cancellation Policy:

1. The event will proceed as planned, regardless of weather conditions.
2. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be refunded in partial.
3. Individual tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Important Information:

1. Watch out for an information email with do's and don'ts or updates that will be sent to registered guests before the event.
2. For the safety of all attendees, please be aware of the importance of wearing the event wristband throughout the event, as the venue is accessible to the public as well.

This event is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together, celebrate the season, and create lasting memories. We expect all attendees to uphold the spirit of respect and community that the Kerala Association of Poland - Krakow Chapter embodies.

Violations of these policies may result in the expulsion of the offender from the event without a refund. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees agree to abide by the Event Policy.
