Alex Kuncheria

Alex Kuncheria is a highly skilled and dedicated technology professional with a strong compliance, Operations, and team leadership background. Originally from Kainakary, Alleppy, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the prestigious Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Five years ago, Alex moved to Poland and currently works as the Director of Compliance and Operations for EPAM Systems. In this role, he has showcased his expertise in managing complex projects, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, and leading diverse teams to achieve success.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Alex is a devoted family man, married to Dr Jolsana Baby, with whom he has three children: Joseph, Joanna, and Joshua. Despite his demanding career, Alex has managed to strike a balance between his personal and professional lives, making a positive impact on his family and community.

As a founder member and Vice President of the Kerala Association of Poland (KAP), Alex plays a crucial role in supporting the needs and interests of the Malayali community in Poland. Through KAP, he fosters cultural exchange, promotes unity among its members, and ensures that the community thrives in their new environment.
